Your need a Domain and Hosting services to use this script. You have the full control over your blog. There is lots of Plugins and Themes available online for wordpress.

2.Blogger – Blogger is also the best blogging platform powered by Google.It is easy to usable for beginner. If you use a Blogger then you don’t need any Hosting and Domain.
